CONFUSÃO NO SERVIÇO DE QUARTO | INGLÊS PARA HOTELARIA A1–A2

HISTORIA:
John: Good morning, Mary. I need your help.
Mary: Good morning, John. What happened?
John: A guest in room 305 called the front desk. He is very angry.
Mary: Why is he angry?
John: He ordered breakfast one hour ago. But he received the wrong food.
Mary: Oh no. What did he order?
John: He ordered orange juice, toast, and scrambled eggs.
Mary: And what did we deliver?
John: We delivered coffee, pancakes, and bacon. It was the order for room 503.
Mary: That is a big mistake. Did you check the room service system?
John: Yes, I checked. The kitchen prepared both orders correctly.
Mary: So the problem was in the delivery?
John: Exactly. The room service attendant mixed up the room numbers.
Mary: We need to fix this immediately. I will call the kitchen now.
John: Good idea. Ask them to prepare the correct breakfast for room 305.
Mary: And what about room 503?
John: I already sent their order. They received it five minutes ago.
Mary: Perfect. I will take the new breakfast to room 305 myself.
John: Thank you, Mary. Please apologize to the guest for the mistake.
Mary: Of course. I will also offer him a free dessert for dinner tonight.
John: Excellent. That will make him happy. Let me know when everything is okay.
Mary: I will. And John, let’s talk to the room service team about this problem.
John: Yes, we need to be more careful with room numbers.
