Tantra’s 5 M’s as they are often called are expressed symbolically in many traditions, but they actually relate to 5 specific yogas that evolve systematically. First you must prepare the body, then make the mind peaceful, generate the energy, feel the spark of divinity within and then come to fully embody that divinity through oneness. Tantra is often misunderstood and many people attempt to jump to the final step before preparing the ground. In this video I explain how to approach Tantra Yoga properly, including both its practical application and symbolic meaning.
