Marketing has always been there since ages however it has equally being important for the marketing strategies and campaigns to reach out to the audience.

The three major sectors in marketing or rather branches to deploy the marketing campaigns-
1. ATL- Above the line marketing
2 BTL- Below the line marketing
3. DM- Digital marketing

Where ATL is one sided and reaches out to the audience with a compulsion to watch or hear for eg. TV commercial and radio jingles and on the same contrary BTL is where one reaches out to the customer involving physical interaction. Whereas DM majorly focuses on deploying generic, relatable and interest oriented content with a suitable language, this helps in monitoring the audience’s demographic and behavioural changes.

There are two types of digital content- Paid and Organic
paid content is where there is a control over your reach and majorly the projected target while in organic the reach can’t be tangled with neither the impressions nor the engagements.

DM significantly works on three principles- Data, Numbers and Keywords. Knowing the demographic of your audience which is data management makes it easy to deploy customized content.
