Tantra Sacred Dance is different from the others devotional Sacred dances in the sense that there is no active engagement of the body and no choreography, precise movements or mudras to follow.

It was the tool of the highest Priestesses in ancient temples to connect with the source and deliver blessings, information and oracles from the higher realms.
Today this practice which was suppressed by the patriarchy because of the deep mysteries that it can reveal, can be used as short cut to any patriarchal spiritual path or self development system, as it is aligned with the physical, energetical, love and creative essence and dimension of the woman.
