My name is Shaft Uddin and I have decided to settle in Stockholm during the darkest time in Sweden, this is the time when most people feel isolated and would rather stay in by themselves than go out and connect with other people. Stockholm has the highest concentration of single people in the world and my mission is to get people connected! I came here to share my gifts of human connection and this begins with self-love. Here’s a little video I shot at the sold-out Tantra Festival in Stockholm where I held a workshop all about self-love and conscious ways to connect.

‘I LOVE MY LIFE. I LOVE MY BODY. I LOVE MYSELF!’ this is my mantra I want to share with you and what this means is:I Love My Life = Find your Purpose and love what you do every day.I Love My Body = You only have one body. Love it every day and learn to unlock its infinite potential.I Love Myself = Find inner peace every day and know that you are enough.

My approach is one of playfulness. personal development doesn’t have to be so serious! Let’s learn through play, juiciness, silliness, and fun.
