So this is the first of many videos! After I finish this 30 day self-help challenge, this series will become more of a documentation process. I will be very open and vulnerable on these videos, expressing all of myself.

The Institute of Growth is my Baby. Imagine a Self Help university! That is what I am working for step by step. I have learned and am learning so much, and only 4% of the valuable lessons I have learned are from school, the rest are from books, mentors, workshops, experience, and life. I want to put that into a location, where we can accelerate and reach our full potential to express all of ourselves.
