Yogic Breathing Techniques| Tantra| Mind Over Matter with Sanket
This video is dedicated to Eastern and Yogic Breathing techniques developed by zen masters and masters of Tantra.
Breathing is a natural phenomena but a lot of people are not breathing right. And when you do not breathe right, you do not live right. So here are some of the right ways to breathe.
1. Deep Long Breaths
Everytime you remeber, take deep long breaths. This refills the body with oxygen and helps you exhale carbon dioxide from the nooks and corners of your body.
Breathing these days only happens from the chest. That is a wrong way to breathe. The breath is supposed to come from the belly and should affect the diaphragm.
2. Antar Kumbhak
Take a deep long breath and hold it in for as long as possible and as long as you are comfortable. This might also generate a trance.
3. Bahir Rechak
Bahir Rechak is the opposite of Antar Kumbhak. In this method, all you need to do is breathe out and hold the breath out as long as possible and as long as you are comfortable. Both of these practices help you to stabilize you body, mind and soul.
4. Chaotic Breathing.
Breathe unrhythemicaly, either very fast or very slow or mix it up. This helps to break the incessant chain of thoughts and it takes you to a state of thoughtlessness.
