YouTube is working against problematic content with their new community enforcement policy. This will be a consistent policy for all users and follow a strike system. YouTube wants to make it clear why a strike or warning occurred, what it means to the channel, and the steps available to the creator is they want to appeal the decision.

What the new policy consists of:
First Warning – No penalties except removal of content that does not abide by community guidelines
First Strike = 7 Days Upload Freeze new content
Second Strike [Within 90 Day Period of First Strike] =14 Days Freeze
Third Strike [90 Day Period] = Channel Termination
